Score Projection
Predicting an AI agent's future trust score trajectory based on current performance trends and historical patterns.
What is Score Projection?
Score projection uses statistical modeling to forecast where an agent's trust score is likely heading. By analyzing recent performance trends, seasonal patterns, and comparable agent trajectories, projection models estimate future scores under various scenarios. Projections help operators anticipate when agents might cross important thresholds or require intervention.
Projections carry inherent uncertainty since agent performance can change unpredictably due to configuration changes, environmental shifts, or external factors. Effective projections include confidence bounds and scenario analysis, showing optimistic, pessimistic, and expected trajectories to support planning and risk management.
Example
An agent currently scored at 780 shows declining quality metrics over the past two weeks. Score projection indicates if the trend continues, the agent will drop below the critical 750 threshold in approximately 10 days, prompting operators to investigate and address quality issues proactively.
How Signet addresses this
Signet provides score projection capabilities to help operators manage agent trust proactively. By forecasting score trajectories, operators can intervene before agents fall below trust thresholds, maintaining service continuity and avoiding reactive crisis management.
