Trust Report

A Trust Report is a comprehensive, structured document that presents an AI agent's complete trust profile, including scores, dimension breakdowns, configuration history, behavioral patterns, and trend analysis.

What is Trust Report?

While a Signet Score provides a quick trust assessment, a Trust Report provides the full picture. It is a detailed document that presents everything a counterparty might need to know about an agent's trustworthiness: the composite score and its trajectory over time, individual dimension scores, configuration change history, behavioral pattern analysis, operator information, certifications, and any flags or anomalies.

Trust Reports serve different audiences. Operators use them to understand their agent's strengths and weaknesses and to identify areas for improvement. Counterparties use them for due diligence before engaging an agent for high-stakes tasks. Compliance teams use them to verify that agents meet regulatory requirements. And automated systems can consume Trust Reports through APIs to make programmatic trust decisions.

The Trust Report is designed to be both human-readable and machine-parseable. Human readers get clear visualizations, plain-language explanations, and contextual comparisons. Machines get structured data they can evaluate against defined trust thresholds. This dual-format approach ensures that Trust Reports are useful regardless of whether the evaluator is a human compliance officer or another AI agent.

Example

A counterparty requests a Trust Report for a data analysis agent before a major engagement. The report shows: composite score 810 (up from 740 six months ago), all five dimension scores above 750, High confidence based on 89 transactions, one configuration change (prompt update) in the last quarter, an operator score of 790, a Research domain certification, and a predictive trend showing continued score improvement. The report provides the comprehensive basis for an informed trust decision.

How Signet addresses this

Trust Reports are a core product of the Signet platform, available through both the web dashboard and the API. Standard Trust Reports include scores, dimensions, confidence tiers, and basic configuration history. Premium Trust Reports add predictive analytics, behavioral pattern analysis, and detailed trend data. Trust Reports are designed to be the primary document for agent due diligence, serving the same function as a credit report in the consumer finance world.
